Dis-Chem is one of South Africa’s largest pharmacy and health retailers. The project focused on redesigning their website to improve usability, modernize the visual experience, and create a clearer structure for customers browsing health, beauty, and pharmacy products online.
Summary
Working together with Luke, we redesigned the entire Dis-Chem website experience. The goal was to create a more modern, user-friendly interface that allows customers to easily find products, browse categories, and navigate the platform across devices.
The redesign focused on improving the overall shopping experience while maintaining a clean and trusted brand presence.
Challenge
The existing website experience was visually outdated and difficult to navigate. With a large number of products and categories, users often struggled to quickly find what they were looking for.
The challenge was to simplify the navigation structure, modernize the interface, and create a smoother browsing experience while keeping the platform accessible for a wide audience.
Solutions
We redesigned the website structure and user interface to create a more intuitive browsing experience. The work included improving the navigation, refining the layout of product pages, and creating a cleaner visual hierarchy across the platform.
